Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of His Redeeming Grace based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
HIS (God’s) REDEEMING (Paid in Full) GRACE (Undeserved Favor)
- We are a Jesus-focused, Bible reading, Christian church. We go verse by verse to understand God’s word for us.
- We believe in God’s Word, the Bible and that it is God’s inspired and infallible Word.
- We believe in the Trinity, Father, Son & Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the full deity and full humanity of Jesus, his virgin birth, sinless life, death on the cross, and resurrection.
- We believe in salvation by accepting Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and His blood as full payment for our sins.
- We believe that anyone who accepts Christ receives the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in immersion baptism, to fulfill the command of Christ.
- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, enabling the believer to enter a powerful new realm of our Christian life.
- We believe the church is the Body of Christ on earth, and we are to gather regularly with other believers in the body.
- We believe in marriage, created by God, and that the union of a man and woman until death, depicts the relationship between Christ and his bride, the church.
This is a brief synopsis of our beliefs as a church and the body of Christ.
